Software License Agreement

DetectEverything Application

1. Grant of License

AlertCat ("Licensor") grants you ("User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the DetectEverything application ("Software") subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

Install and use the Software on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you
Use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
Use the on-chain memo feature to record detection data on the Solana blockchain

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Sublicense, rent, or lend the Software to third parties
Use the Software to transmit malicious content or conduct fraudulent activities

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AlertCat and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Third-Party Components

The Software incorporates the following third-party components:

NCNN: Tencent's neural network inference framework (BSD License)
YOLOv26: Object detection model
Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter: Solana Mobile SDK (Apache 2.0 License)

Each third-party component is subject to its respective license terms.

6. Blockchain Transactions

By using the on-chain memo feature, you acknowledge that:

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and publicly visible
You are solely responsible for transaction fees (gas costs)
AlertCat is not responsible for any loss of funds due to user error or network issues

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALERTCAT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS LICENSE OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. AlertCat may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

11. Changes to This License

AlertCat reserves the right to modify this license at any time. Continued use of the Software after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
